The Prestige XL2 is the premium DTF printer for those wanting production DTF printing speed and quality. Whether you want to print your own DTF transfers for in-house use or are are contract DTF transfer printer, the XL2 from Lawson is the ideal set-up. Paired with the Seismo A24 Automatic Shaker (2nd picture), you can produce DTF transfers automatically for hours without being at the machine.

Featuring dual Epson i3200 printheads, the XL2 can print up to 130 square feet per hour. With optional Bi or Uni directional printing, the XL2 is the fastest printer at the industry, producing over 100 (12" x 12") images per hour.

The XL2 includes the rip software that is already color profiled for great color accuracy. The auto processing automatically arranges your prints across the film for gang sheet printing to reduce film costs.

With an automatic White Ink Maintenance System (WIMS), the DTF white ink is circulated around the lines to prevent clogging issues and having to waste ink with excessive head cleanings. Automatic sensors visually and audibly alert you to low ink levels so you never run of of ink. The pigmented ink is Oeko-Tex certified.

The DTF Process

1. Create your design;
2. Print your design with a DTF printer onto DTF transfer film;
3. Apply DTF powder to the printer film;
4. Melt the DTF powder using a heat press, DTF oven, or heated shaker unit;
5. Heat press the printed film onto your shirt or other garment;
6. Peel off the DTF film and see your printed shirt!
