Turbo-Stamp Conveyor: Automatic DTF Heat Press Automation for High-Volume Production
Taylor LandesmanTurbo-Stamp Conveyor: Automatic DTF Heat Press Automation for High-Volume Production
Meet the LWG Turbo-Stamp Conveyor—a modular, inline transfer-application system designed for DTF, screen print transfer, and contract-decorating shops that need a more continuous finishing workflow.
What is the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor?
The Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is an inline automatic heat-transfer application system. Products travel through a conveyor workflow while independently controlled pneumatic press stations apply programmed time, temperature, and pressure settings. Operators load and align items, while the system advances them through the selected stamping sequence.

From individual press cycles to a production line
A conventional press requires one completed cycle at a time. The Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is designed to organize transfer application into a staged workflow, so product movement, pressing, and take-off work together.
Position garments or compatible products for the planned transfer location as they enter the inline workflow.
Independent pneumatic press stations apply the programmed application settings while the conveyor advances the workflow.
The included automatic drop/take-off/unloader helps keep finished items moving while the next products enter production.
Built to keep high-volume production moving
As DTF and transfer volume grows, application can become the slowest part of the job. The Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is designed for decorators who want to increase capacity without creating a row of separate press stations and repeated stop-and-start handling.
What makes the Turbo-Stamp different?
Scale from one to four press heads
Choose a configuration based on current output needs, available floor space, product mix, and the production capacity you want to build toward.
Set each station independently
Independent time, temperature, and pressure settings at each press station help you create repeatable application parameters for the selected transfer and product.
Focus operators on loading and alignment
Instead of making one operator manage every step of an isolated press cycle, the inline layout lets operators focus on placing items into the workflow.
Build in more automation when needed
An automatic drop/take-off/unloader is included. Optional auto-feed and auto-peel stations are available for compatible transfer-production workflows.
Apply transfers beyond standard garments
Configure the system for garments, bags, flags, patches, banners, and other specialty heat-transfer applications.
Use a workflow built for the shop floor
The inline design is intended to provide open sightlines across the production path while bringing application, handling, and optional automation into one system.
How it compares to a standalone heat press
The real difference is the production flow—not simply press force or cycle time. A standalone press completes one item at a time; the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is designed to keep a staged transfer workflow moving.
Production note: Actual output depends on press-head configuration, item size, transfer type, application settings, loading method, and selected automation options. Review your exact application with an LWG equipment specialist before selecting a configuration.
Is the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor right for your shop?
The Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is designed for decorators who need to build more heat-transfer application capacity and want a more organized, continuous production process. It complements—not replaces—smaller presses that handle samples, individual placements, re-presses, and specialty finishing.
It complements—not replaces—our standard Heat Presses or standalone DTF Printers that handle samples, individual placements, and smaller finishing jobs.
A strong fit for shops that:
- Run recurring DTF, screen print transfer, or heat-transfer production programs
- Want to increase application capacity without building a row of separate press stations
- Need a one- to four-head configuration matched to their production goals
- Want automatic take-off, with optional feeding and peeling for compatible workflows
- Have 230V single-phase power and 80–90 PSI compressed air available
Consider another LWG solution if you:
- Need a portable or compact press for events, sampling, small finishing jobs, or occasional use
- Do not have the required 230V single-phase power or reliable 80–90 PSI compressed-air supply at the installation location
- Need to apply transfers to unusually shaped products that should be tested before selecting an inline conveyor configuration
- Need a single general-purpose press rather than a dedicated staged production system
Turbo-Stamp Conveyor FAQ
How many pieces per hour can the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor produce?
Depending on configuration and workflow, the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is designed for approximately 380 to 500+ pieces per hour. Actual output depends on press-head quantity, product size, transfer type, dwell settings, loading method, and selected automation.
How many heat press heads are available?
The Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is available with one, two, three, or four pneumatic press heads. Each station has independently controlled time, temperature, and pressure settings.
Does the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor automatically peel DTF transfers?
Auto-peel is available as an optional station for compatible workflows. The system includes an automatic drop/take-off/unloader, and optional auto-feed equipment is also available.
What utilities does the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor require?
The system requires 230V single-phase electrical power and compressed air at 80–90 PSI. Confirm requirements for your selected configuration before installation.
What products can the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor apply transfers to?
The system is designed for garment decoration and can also be configured for bags, flags, patches, banners, and other specialty heat-transfer applications. Maximum transfer size is up to 16 inches by 20 inches, depending on model.
