Description

Eliminate the messy, inconsistent process of manual powdering with the Seismo S20 DTF Automatic Sheet Powder Applicator. Engineered specifically for sheet-fed direct-to-film (DTF) transfer workflows, this compact unit automates hot-melt adhesive powder application and sheet shaking in a single step. Simply feed your printed DTF film sheet into the top tray; the automated mechanism evenly dispenses TPU adhesive powder, shakes off excess powder into a recyclable catch basin, and leaves your transfer sheet ready for oven curing. Ideal for print shops using desktop DTF printers or hybrid DTG-to-DTF setups, the Seismo S20 speeds up production, ensures uniform powder coverage, and keeps your workspace clean.

Questions & Answers

What specific workflow benefits does the Seismo S20 DTF Powder Applicator offer?

The Seismo S20 automates the most labor-intensive step of sheet-fed DTF printing. It evenly distributes hot-melt adhesive powder onto printed transfer sheets and vibrates off excess TPU powder into a collection tray. This eliminates hand-shaking, speeds up production, and ensures consistent adhesive coverage for durable garment prints.

What items are included in the box with the Seismo S20?

Each unit comes complete with the Seismo S20 Powder Station, a heavy-duty power cable, and a sheet adjusting pin for media alignment.

Is the Seismo S20 better suited for film sheets or continuous film rolls?

The Seismo S20 is designed specifically for cut film sheets and desktop DTF printing. If your shop uses continuous roll-to-roll DTF printers, an inline automated shaker and dryer system like the Miro 13 Max or Seismo L24R would be the recommended upgrade.

Where can I pick up the Seismo S20 locally?

You can order online at LWG and select 1-hour local pickup at the St. Louis, MO corporate headquarters or the Marietta, GA (Atlanta) distribution center.
