Is a 15.5-inch image width large enough for garment production?

Yes. A 15.5 in × 19 in print image area fully covers standard heat press platens (16 in × 20 in). It is optimized for ganging full-chest prints, left-chest logos, and sleeve graphics onto individual cut sheets without wasting excess film or floor space.

Does the Vega S17 require external exhaust or ductwork?

No. The machine includes an internal three-stage filtration system—consisting of a de-mist stage, a medium filter, and combined HEPA and activated carbon units—that absorbs TPU powder residue and curing fumes internally.

What electrical setup is required for installation?

The system requires a dedicated 220 V, 50/60 Hz power source. The print engine (400 W max) and the finishing curing section (1,450 W max) use separate power connections that should be installed on distinct circuits.
