Description

Streamline your post-printing workflow and eliminate manual trimming bottlenecks with the APEX XC-25 Fully Automatic DTF Film Cutter by Microtec USA, exclusively distributed and supported across North America by Lawson Workhorse Group (LWG). Designed specifically for high-production Direct-to-Film (DTF) print operations, contract garment decorators, and apparel manufacturers, this heavy-duty automated cutter handles continuous roll media up to 25.5 inches wide, delivering precise, clean cuts through PET, PVC, and specialty transfer films.

With rapid cutting speeds reaching up to 300 meters per hour, a single APEX XC-25 easily matches the continuous output of up to 4 active DTF roll printers. Say goodbye to tedious, labor-intensive hand cutting with scissors or utility blades. The APEX XC-25 uses high-accuracy optical positioning sensors to automatically align and slice gang sheets and individual transfer designs—drastically reducing material waste, lowering labor overhead, and increasing overall shop profitability.
