Description

The Advanced ScreenPro 300 CTS Imaging System is an advanced Computer-to-Screen (CTS) inkjet imaging system engineered to streamline pre-press workflows for screen printers. Utilizing industrial printhead technology, this CTS system prints high-density black ink directly onto coated screens, eliminating film positives, vacuum exposure delays, and film alignment issues. Built for high-volume commercial screen rooms, the ScreenPro 300 delivers sharp detail and reliable registration to keep automatic and manual presses running at peak capacity.

The LWG Difference

  • Direct Computer-to-Screen Efficiency: Eliminates the cost, labor, and storage associated with traditional film positives by imaging artwork directly onto emulsion-coated screens.
  • Industrial Printhead Durability: Powered by a single Ricoh GEN4 industrial printhead engineered for continuous production, sharp halftone dots, and high daily output.
  • High-Throughput Daily Capacity: Capable of imaging up to 100 screens per shift to keep high-speed production floors supplied with ready-to-expose screens.
  • Direct Factory Backup & Support: Fully backed by LWG with expert technical assistance, factory installation, equipment training, and nationwide service coverage.

Features

  • Single Ricoh GEN4 Printhead: Delivers precise ink droplet placement for clean detail, fine lines, and consistent halftone reproduction.
  • Film-Free Pre-Press Workflow: Drastically reduces prepress setup times and eliminates film consumable costs and processing waste.
  • Large Format Screen Compatibility: Handles maximum screen frame sizes up to 26" x 36" with frame profiles up to 1.63".
  • Generous Max Image Area: Provides a broad maximum image area of 21" x 27" to accommodate full-front and oversized apparel graphics.
  • Industrial Heavy-Duty Footprint: Solid chassis construction engineered to maintain mechanical accuracy across continuous daily production shifts.
