The Atlas Ultra AT48-APS Large Format Automatic Heat Press is built for high-output production environments that demand both scale and consistency. Equipped with a 39.4" x 47.2" upper platen, an automatic reciprocating dual-station tray system, and dual pneumatic cylinders, this machine is engineered to deliver reliable pressure, efficient workflow, and repeatable large-format results.

Its expanded platen size makes the Atlas Ultra AT48-APS especially well suited for all-over sublimation, oversized graphics, and full-panel garment applications. The combination of a broad heating surface, powerful internal heating system, and synchronized air pressure allows operators to achieve clean, even transfers across large areas with greater consistency. With its automated shuttle workflow, a single operator can maintain faster production speeds and more uniform results than with a conventional manual press.

Features include a large-format upper platen, automatic dual-station shuttle trays, dual air cylinders for even pressure, consistent edge-to-edge heat coverage, digital time and temperature controls, manual or automatic operation modes, and a space-efficient industrial design suited for demanding production environments.
