Lawson Blazer: Modular and Versatile Screen Printing and DTG Conveyor Dryer

The Lawson Blazer screen printing and DTG conveyor dryer is designed for maximum flexibility and versatility. Its fully modular design can be easily customized and expanded to meet changing needs, making it an ideal investment for screen printing operations.

The Blazer is engineered for curing plastisol and water-based inks. The base model is only 8 feet long and includes one 3-foot heat chamber or curing module of your choice. Additional heat chambers or curing modules can be added at any time, even years later.

With true edge-to-edge heating elements, the Blazer ensures consistent heat without increasing utility costs, unlike dryers with angled heating elements. The Arrow Belt™ conveyor system automatically tracks the dryer belt for reliable operation.

Select a standard belt width and length, or customize to fit your specific needs. The in-feed or out-feed of the Blazer can be extended at any time, offering total modularity.

Step 1: Select Your Conveyor Belt Width: Standard widths include 24", 36", 48", and 60". Custom sizes and split (dual) or triple belt designs are available.

Step 2: Select Your Dryer Length: Standard lengths include 8', 12', 16', and 19'.

The Lawson Blazer offers a variety of curing options and heat modules.

Step 3: Select Your Heat Chamber Modules: All heat chambers feature proprietary I.R. ceramic panels with Jet-Air. Optional Jet-Air cooling modules are available.

Designed for energy efficiency, all heat chambers are double-insulated. The Blazer saves space and energy while maximizing production, making it an ideal companion for manual or automatic presses.

Custom lengths are easily accommodated.
