Description

The Lawson Blazer Textile Conveyor Dryer is a versatile, high-performance electric convection dryer engineered for screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), DTF, and water-based ink curing. Built for print operations in St. Louis, Atlanta, and across North America, the Blazer features a modular, expandable heat chamber design that allows growing print shops to increase production capacity without purchasing an entirely new dryer. Equipped with high-velocity air-recirculation jets and infrared energy panels, it rapidly evaporates moisture from water-based inks while maintaining uniform temperature across the belt. With digital heat tracking, adjustable belt speed controls, and heavy thermal insulation, the Blazer delivers outstanding energy efficiency and continuous production reliability.

The LWG Difference

Features

Modular Heat Chamber System: Expand chamber length and belt capacity on-site to handle increased production throughput.
High-Velocity Air Recirculation: Continuous jet-air movement strips steam and solvents off garments to accelerate water-based ink cures.
Digital Temperature & Speed Controls: Keep chamber heat accurate within ±1°F and adjust conveyor belt dwell time for various fabric weights.
Heavy-Duty Zero-Gap Insulation: Retains heat inside the tunnel, lowering electricity costs and keeping shop ambient temperatures comfortable.
Teflon-Coated Fiberglass Belt: Smooth, non-stick heat-resistant belt ensures long-term operational durability and reliable garment tracking.

Comparison Table

Feature | Lawson Blazer Conveyor Dryer | Standard Entry/Mid-Level Dryers
Scalability | Fully modular frame allows adding extra heat chambers as production increases | Rigid single-piece frame requires replacing the entire unit to scale output
Airflow & Evacuation | High-velocity recirculating air jets strip moisture quickly for fast DTG cures | Static infrared heat panels struggle to dry water-based inks without slowing belt speeds
Energy Conservation | Double-wall zero-gap thermal insulation keeps heat trapped inside the tunnel | Single-wall or poorly insulated chambers increase electricity usage and heat the shop
American Support | Built in the USA with direct access to factory parts, service, and technicians | Sourced overseas with long shipping delays for critical electronic replacement parts

Questions & Answers

Can the Blazer Dryer cure both DTG/water-based inks and standard plastisol screen printing inks?
Yes. The Blazer Conveyor Dryer combines high-velocity forced hot air with infrared heat, allowing it to cure water-based inks, pretreatment, DTF films, and plastisol screen printing inks seamlessly.

How does the modular expansion feature work?
As your shop grows, you can purchase an additional heat chamber section that bolts directly onto your existing Blazer dryer, instantly doubling or expanding your curing capacity without taking up unnecessary footprint from a brand new machine.

What electrical options are available for the Blazer?
The Blazer can be configured in single-phase or three-phase electrical setups (208V / 240V / 480V) depending on your shop's power availability.

Where can I see the Blazer Dryer in person or schedule a test run?
You can schedule a demonstration or arrange regional pickup at Lawson Workhorse Group centers in St. Louis, MO or Marietta, GA.
