The Intel comes in a standard Print/Flash/Print (PFP) configuration. It is modifiable up to 64 station configurations to accommodate different printing and flashing needs.

The Intel OS is equipped with a high-quality servo-drive indexer that ensures rapid and smooth indexing, making it ideal for cut-piece and all-over print garments. Its unique auto-tensioning feature minimizes chain wear, enhancing the longevity of the indexing system. Additionally, the press features Smart Lube Technology, a revolutionary system that automatically lubricates components, optimizing performance and reducing maintenance downtime. The integrated HMI provides real-time updates on oil levels, simplifying upkeep and eliminating the need for manual lubrication.

Each Intel OS printhead incorporates a patented squeegee pressure equalizer system, which ensures uniform pressure across the print area to reduce printing pressure, preserve image detail, and prevent ink deposit variations. The standard pallets are constructed from solid, lightweight aluminum with a rubber coating to effectively manage heat during flashing, further improving print quality.
