DTF Station ColorPrime Hot Melt Powder for DTF

Formulated to use during DTG Transfer (DTF), this adhesive powder is crucial for this new technology. Cover your DTG Transfer media with this powder to allow for optimal press. Can use it for 100% cotton, poly, nylon, and more!

Warning:

• When handling DTF Hot Melt Powder, do not ingest or inhale powder or fumes. Harmful if swallowed. Skin irritations may occur. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact with eyes, rinse with large amounts of water. Wear protective clothing, gear, mask and gloves when handling powder. If allergic reaction persists or accidentally ingested, seek medical help immediately.

• Powder should NOT be applied on the printer platen. It needs to be applied AWAY from the printer. Application near the printer increases the risk of printer damage if the particulates in the adhesive powder go into the intake fan near the back of the machine. Damage to the printer for inappropriate use may not be covered under warranty.

• DTF (Direct To Film) products works with almost all types of fabrics including 100% polyester with good quality results!
• Hot-melt adhesive powder has excellent bonding and flexibility properties with DTF inks.
• The designed fabrics or printed shirts have a good wash characteristics.
• The print is very light to the touch.
• The process is much faster than vinyl printing.
