Description

Upgrade your shop’s capabilities with the Epson SureColor T-Series Large-Format Printers. Engineered for maximum versatility, speed, and high-density printing, the T-Series is built to deliver dark, opaque film positives for screen printing without requiring a third-party all-black ink conversion. Utilizing Epson’s UltraChrome XD3 6-color ink system with dedicated Photo Black and Red inks, these units produce deep Dmax for crisp screen exposures alongside full-color, photo-grade graphics, banners, and technical blueprints.

Featuring a space-saving flat-top cabinet with complete front-panel operation, automatic roll loading, and integrated dual-roll options, the Epson T-Series brings high-volume production output to any shop layout.

The LWG Difference

When you purchase your Epson SureColor T-Series printer from Lawson Workhorse Group (LWG), you receive more than just equipment—you gain a dedicated technical support partner.

  • Screen Printing Expertise: Receive specialized workflow guidance, RIP setup assistance, and media advice tailored specifically for high-Dmax film positive exposure and garment screen printing.
  • One-Stop Shop Integration: Complete supply chain support covering your replacement ink cartridges, specialized film media, screen printing equipment, and maintenance accessories.

Features

  • High-Density Film Positives: Specialized Photo Black ink with UV-blocking properties provides maximum opacity for exposing screens without requiring an all-black ink conversion.
  • Precision Core MicroTFP Technology: 2.64-inch printhead drives high production speeds (A1/D-size prints in as fast as 16 seconds) with pin-point droplet accuracy.
  • UltraChrome XD3 6-Color Ink Set: All-pigment ink set featuring dedicated Red Ink expands your shop's color gamut for high-impact graphics, posters, and renderings.
  • Compact, Flat-Top Design: Complete front-accessible operation allows the unit to be placed flat against walls or integrated into tight workspace workflows.
  • Versatile Media & Dual-Roll Capability: Dual-roll configurations feature automatic switching between media types/sizes or operation as a motor-driven take-up reel for high-volume roll-to-roll production.
  • Integrated Touchscreen & Connectivity: Configurable 4.3-inch touchscreen control panel with SuperSpeed USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, and dual-band Wi-Fi options.

Questions & Answers

Q: Do I need an "all-black" third-party ink system to print dark film positives on the Epson T-Series?

A: No. Epson UltraChrome XD3 Photo Black ink contains specialized UV-blocking properties designed to deliver dense Dmax optical coverage. This allows you to print dense film positives for screen exposure using standard OEM inks without converting to third-party ink kits.

Q: Will using standard Epson ink preserve my printer's factory warranty?

A: Yes. Because you are using genuine Epson UltraChrome XD3 inks instead of third-party converted ink systems, your printer remains fully covered under the 1-Year Epson Limited Warranty. You also remain eligible to extend warranty coverage up to 5 years total.

Q: What is the benefit of buying an Epson T-Series printer from Lawson Workhorse Group (LWG)?

A: Purchasing through LWG gives your shop direct access to specialized screen printing technical support, RIP setup guidance, and supply chain integration. LWG provides complete equipment, ink, film media, and screen printing accessories under one roof.

Q: What media thickness can the Epson SureColor T-Series handle?

A: In addition to standard roll films, tracing papers, and poster media, the T-Series features a straight-through paper path capable of handling rigid posterboard media up to 1.5 mm thick.

Q: How does the dual-roll system work on models like the T3770DE, T5770D, and T7770D?

A: Dual-roll models allow you to keep two different media sizes or media types loaded simultaneously with automatic switching. Alternatively, the second roll feeder can function as an automated motor-driven take-up reel for continuous roll-to-roll printing runs.
