Lawson Expert SP-3000 PSI Spot Cleaning Gun
The Lawson Expert SP-3000 PSI Spot Cleaning Gun is designed to remove stray ink spots, pinholes, and smudges during screen printing. This airless system dispenses cleaning fluids for plastisol inks and features a durable all-metal body, ideal for use with a vacuum venting system for safe and clean operation. Equipped with an adjustable nozzle and a metal handle to reduce breakage risk if dropped, this dependable textile spot cleaning gun handles strong solvents. Factory-authorized replacement parts are available. It operates on 110V, 60 Hz AC.
Caution: The gun generates significant pressure. Never point it at yourself or others, as this may cause injury. The spot cleaning gun is preset at the factory, and adjustments are generally not required.
Operating Instructions:
To use, remove the container, fill it approximately two-thirds full with cleaning fluid, and reattach. Plug into a 110V, 60 Hz outlet. Depress the switch for 15–20 seconds to prime the pump. Spray fluid onto scrap fabric to remove oil film from internal pump parts. The gun is now ready for use.
Adjustable Nozzle: Controls the discharge pressure of the cleaning fluid by rotating the nozzle collar on the front of the gun.
Volume Control Knob: Located at the rear of the gun, it adjusts the volume of fluid dispensed. For cleaning, turn the knob fully left, then rotate right one-half to one full revolution. Once set to the desired pressure and volume, further adjustments are typically unnecessary.
