The Express EX is the best automatic screen printing machine for printing on a variety of tshirts, garments, bags and ASI items. A high quality hybrid automatic press, the Express EX combines AC motor drive print heads with an pneumatic carousel for an ideal balance of performance and reliability.

Fully automated print heads are combined with an integrated high-speed automatic carousel. Roller bearing registration at each print station ensures pinpoint registration and consistency. An intuitive, user-friendly, color touch screen is easy to understand and use, no special training is required.

With true print and flash capabilities, the Express EX lets you print and flash at the same station. This means you get to save the expense of having to over buy and spend extra. Any of the Express EX configurations (see Standard Express EX Configurations below) can print and flash at the same station. You can truly print 4-Colors on the 4-Color/6-Station and still have 3 flash units. The same is true for our 6-Color/8-Station and 8-Color/10-Station. Use up to 3 flash units without losing a print head or color. 

The Express-EX 4-Color press ships fully assembled so there are no expensive installation costs. Larger models must be shipped partially assembled and they do require installation.
