Are you tired of standing over your heat press waiting to manually pop it open, or worse, scorch delicate mesh backings and synthetic fibers because of a distraction? The Lawson AR Cap Heat Press is a commercial-grade, semi-automatic production powerhouse engineered by Lawson Screen & Digital Products. Utilizing an advanced magnetic assist clamp, this innovative machine closes with a smooth manual pull and automatically springs open the exact millisecond your countdown timer hits zero—drastically reducing operator fatigue and completely preventing over-baked garments.
The primary manufacturing advantage of the Lawson AR Cap Heat Press is its ultra-uniform curved heat distribution combined with an integrated hold-down device. Standard hat presses often allow un-clamped caps to shift mid-cycle, creating blurred lines or ghosted transfers. This automated workhorse features a built-in cap tensioning lever that pulls the sweatband taut, pinning the hat front perfectly flat against the curved lower block. Highly optimized for fast-paced fulfillment of DTF transfers, screen printed transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and cap sublimation, its premium heating element eliminates cold spots right along the brim line.
Constructed with a rugged, space-saving steel frame and a bright digital controller for precise time and temperature adjustments, this auto-opening machine injects true factory efficiency into your custom headwear lines.
