Light Maroon Dynamic Plastisol Ink is a ready‑for‑use spot‑color ink designed to hit Pantone‑style light maroon shades (around Pantone 504C) on t‑shirts, hoodies, and spirit wear. Part of Lawson’s Dynamic Ink Series developed in St. Louis, Missouri, this DI‑665 light maroon is tuned for smooth printing and a soft hand on both manual and automatic presses.
This low‑cure light maroon plastisol delivers a rich, burgundy‑leaning maroon with a smooth semi‑gloss finish that looks great on both light and dark garments. Dynamic Ink is creamy straight from the bucket, requires no reducer, flashes fast, and cures at about 270°F at the ink film, helping minimize dye migration and reduce the risk of scorching on cotton and blends.
Dynamic Light Maroon DI‑665 offers excellent opacity and mileage for school colors, team uniforms, and corporate programs that need a softer maroon than a very dark 5115C‑style shade. It is press‑ready for cotton and 50/50 garments, and works well with standard direct emulsions and capillary films, so it fits cleanly into your existing screen room workflow.
Because Dynamic colors intermix cleanly, you can blend Light Maroon with Cardinal, standard Maroon, and other reds in the series to dial in exact school and brand colors without sacrificing low‑cure performance. The Dynamic line is lead‑free and phthalate‑free, with great elongation and shelf life, making Light Maroon a solid choice for retail programs and children’s apparel printed in St. Louis, the Midwest, and nationwide.
When you order Light Maroon Dynamic Plastisol Ink from Lawson, you get fast U.S. shipping and convenient local pickup in St. Louis, Missouri and Marietta, Georgia, plus access to Lawson’s screen printing support team. Lawson specialists can help you choose mesh counts, underbases, and dryer settings so your light maroon prints stay consistent from first sample through full production.
