Can the Lumen S24F prints be applied directly to apparel?

Yes. The DTF Station Lumen S24F uses specialized flexible UV ink designed to move and stretch with textiles. This enables you to create flexible, raised 3D patches for jackets, hats, hoodies, and leather products without the print cracking when bent.

What is the difference between standard UV DTF and Emboss UV DTF?

Standard UV DTF produces mostly flat or slightly raised stickers intended for hard, rigid surfaces like tumblers or mugs. Emboss UV DTF uses multiple layers of varnish to build up noticeable 3D height and texture, while using flexible inks that allow the transfer to adhere to soft goods.

Does the Lumen S24F require a heat press?

No. The Lumen S24F produces cold-transfer, peel-and-stick 3D emblems and decals that adhere via strong pressure-sensitive adhesive built into the UV DTF transfer film.
