Operating in your choice of manual or semi-automatic modes, the integrated air cylinders deliver deep, uniform, and repeatable pressure across the entire platen, entirely eliminating the uneven contact spots common with physical clamp levers. This package comes fully loaded with a built-in, commercial-grade laser alignment guide system that projects clear crosshairs across your workspace to ensure perfect graphic centering. Highly optimized for fast-paced processing of DTF transfers, high-volume sublimation prints, screen printed plastisol transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and embroidered patches, it utilizes a thick cast-aluminum heat plate paired with an anti-static Teflon sheet to guarantee smooth, scorch-free transfer bonds.
