One-Step Concentrated Dip Tank Ink & Emulsion Remover Solution | Removes Emulsion and Plastisol Ink Easily

Lawson One-Step Concentrated Dip Tank Solution removes ink residue and emulsion stencils from screen printing frames and mesh. It is the easiest way to remove direct emulsion and plastisol ink residue from screens quickly and efficiently. Suitable for all dip tanks and dunk tanks, this concentrated solution is cost-effective as it can be diluted with water.

Simply soak your screens in Lawson One-Step Dip Tank Solution for a few minutes, and the stencil will lift off the mesh when sprayed with high-pressure water. This odor-free, environmentally friendly product is drain-safe.

Suggested Procedure for Use:

• Mix 1 part solution with 7 parts water. Use less water for increased strength.
• Remove as much ink from the screen as possible.
• Place the screen in a dip tank with One-Step solution.
• Soak for a few minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water.
• Effective for approximately 300–400 screens (depending on dilution ratio).
