Icon Matte Black Fast Fusion Plastisol Ink | Low-Cure, Build-Up Resistant
Icon Matte Black Fast Fusion Plastisol Ink is a premium plastisol ink designed for screen printing on all garment types, including cotton, 50/50 blends, and polyester. Formulated for a matte finish, it resists build-up during wet-on-wet printing and features a silky-smooth, low-viscosity texture for faster, more productive prints. On automatic presses, it allows lower pressure settings to extend screen longevity.
Key Features:
- Ready to Use: Usable directly from the container, though stirring is recommended before printing.
- Wet-on-Wet Printing: Resistant to build-up.
- Versatile Fabric Compatibility: Suitable for 100% cotton, 50/50 polyester blends, and most other blends.
- Fast Flashing and Low Curing: Supports quick production (2–5 seconds flash time) and cures between 295–310°F.
Curing Instructions: Flash at approximately 220°F for 3–5 seconds and cure at 295–310°F.
Cleanup and On-Press Color Changes: Use a press wash for on-press color changes and an ink degradant for removal. The stencil can be saved or the entire screen printing frame reclaimed.
Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat (below 95°F). Best used within one year of the manufacturing date.
