Lawson SBQ-501 Ultra-Fast Blue Photopolymer Emulsion features a high solids content (43%) for a thick build per coat, reducing the number of coats compared to conventional emulsions and enabling quick drying. Its exceptional photosensitivity minimizes exposure time, making it ideal for low-volume printers with weaker light sources. Stencils made with SBQ-501 are highly wear-resistant and remain non-tacky in high-humidity conditions. With a high viscosity (7200 cps), it offers excellent coating control. The blue color provides strong contrast for easy stencil inspection. This emulsion is resistant to plastisol inks and most wash-up solvents, making it easy to reclaim in automatic stencil removal equipment or by hand.

This emulsion is water-resistant when post-exposed.
