The DK20SPT shares the same overall design and features with the DK20SP, but it presents these in a dual-shuttle twin-station structure, which enhances operator productivity.
This design allows an operator to load and unload one side while the other side is in operation, significantly minimizing both operator and heat platen downtime.
Mirroring the benefits of the DK20SP single-table model, the DK20SPT offers ease of use with its simple push-button operation, digital controls for temperature and time, interchangeable All-Thread™ bottom tables, and a robust casting design. Despite these premium features, it remains cost-effective. The press comes with a 16" x 20" heater block size.
The DK20SPT is perfectly suited for demanding press runs and achieving consistently high-quality results. It fulfills requirements that exceed the capabilities of a manual transfer press and operator, as well as those of a single loading table layout. It sits as an industrial grade midrange solution, bridging the gap between heavy-duty manual heat presses like the DK20 and DK20S, and high production 394 Factory Shuttle Press machines.
