Where can I buy or pick up the Geo. Knight DK20SPT Twin Press locally?

You can securely order online and choose convenient local pickup at either the Lawson Screen & Digital Products corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO (Penrose Street) or our Atlanta area branch in Marietta, GA (Cobb Industrial Drive). Does the Digital Knight DK20SPT require an external air compressor?

Yes. Because it uses a fully automated pneumatic cylinder system to lock down and automatically lift the platen, a separate external air compressor is strictly required (not included). To ensure continuous, uninterrupted automated cycling, your shop compressor should meet the minimum specifications of a 7-gallon storage tank delivering 1 cfm of continuous airflow at 100 PSI via a 1/4-inch supply line.

How does the dual-shuttle twin-station design improve shop efficiency?

On standard single-table presses, the machine sits idle and wastes heat while an operator spends time unthreading a finished shirt, loading a fresh garment, lining up a transfer, and smoothing out wrinkles. The DK20SPT eliminates operator idle time entirely. While Station A is locked under an active, automated 15-second press run, the operator is completely free to prep Station B, enabling non-stop production cycles.

Are the lower tables on this twin-station model interchangeable?

Yes! The DK20SPT utilizes the highly adaptive All-Thread™ drop-on table design across both stations. Using a quick-change pull-pin layout, you can instantly swap out the standard 16" x 20" lower tables for specialized accessory shapes (such as sleeve, pocket, or youth platens) in seconds without using tools. The pedestal bases are fully elevated to allow full garment Threadability™, sliding bulk fabrics and seams cleanly underneath the pressing zone.
