A DTF Printer from Roland that offers great performance and Roland DG reliability. Built on the same platform as the trusted BN-20, this BN-20D Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer is a great option to replace traditional vinyl. Utilizing the VersaWorks RIP software, Roland makes it easy to print your own DTF transfers.

While not being used as a DTF printer, the BN-20D can also be used as a stand-alone vinyl cutter.

 The DTF Process

  1. Create your design;
  2. Print your design with a DTF printer onto DTF transfer film;
  3. Apply DTF powder to the printer film;
  4. Melt the DTF powder using a heat press, DTF oven, or heated shaker unit;
  5. Heat press the printed film onto your shirt or other garment;
  6. Peel off the DTF film and see your printed shirt!
