Questions & Answers

What type of screen printing ink is Yellow DI-112 LB?
Yellow DI-112 LB is a low-bleed, low-cure plastisol screen printing ink in PMS Yellow 012, designed as a mixing base for accurate color matching and bright prints on polyester, blends, and other fabrics.

What fabrics work best with this ink?
This ink is ideal for polyester, 50/50 blends, and other “bleeder” fabrics where you want to reduce dye migration, and it can also be used on many standard cotton and cotton-blend garments after proper testing.

What are the recommended flash and cure temperatures?
Flash Yellow DI-112 LB at approximately 220°F for 3–5 seconds, and fully cure at 270–280°F to achieve optimal adhesion, durability, and low-bleed performance.

Is this ink safe and press-ready out of the bucket?
Yes. All Dynamic Ink in the Color Match Mixing Series is non-phthalate and lead-free, with a creamy, press-ready consistency that prints smoothly without excessive modification.

Can I use this ink for wet-on-wet printing?
Yes. Yellow DI-112 LB flashes quickly for print-flash-print over a white underbase, and you can also run wet-on-wet depending on your mesh counts, artwork, and press setup; always pretest your process before full production.

Do you offer local pickup in St. Louis and Marietta, GA?
Yes. You can pick up this ink at our St. Louis, MO headquarters or our Marietta, GA Atlanta-area office, where orders are usually ready in about one hour, or choose convenient nationwide shipping at checkout.

How should I store this ink for best results?
Store Yellow DI-112 LB at room temperature below 95°F, away from extreme heat and direct sunlight, and use within one year of the manufacturing date for optimal performance.
