Description

The ScreenPRO 600 CTS Imaging System is an advanced Computer-to-Screen (CTS) imaging system with an integrated light bar exposure unit that allows screen printers to image and expose emulsion-coated screens simultaneously. Utilizing high-resolution DOD piezoelectric inkjet printhead technology, this unit prints UV-blocking ink directly onto the mesh at up to 1440 x 1200 dpi resolution. Built to eliminate traditional film positives, the ScreenPRO 600 streamlines prepress touchpoints, dramatically lowers material costs, and delivers fast on-press registration for multi-color jobs.

The LWG Difference

  • Integrated Simultaneous Exposure: Built-in light bar exposes the screen while imaging, reducing screen handling steps and boosting pre-press workflow speed.
  • High-Resolution Inkjet Output: Operates at up to 1440 x 1200 dpi to reproduce fine detail, crisp text, and smooth halftone dots without vacuum glass distortion.
  • US-Based Assembly & Support: Assembled, supported, and serviced directly in the USA with complete access to factory-trained technicians and support resources.
  • Direct Factory Backup: Backed directly by LWG with installation assistance, operator training, RIP software support, and direct replacement parts.

Features

  • All-Inclusive Pre-Press Package: Includes the ScreenPRO 600 CTS printer, ColorPrint Server RIP, Print Production Screen Software (PPS), and Printer Control Software (PCS).
  • 1-Liter Bulk Ink System: UV-blocking bulk ink system ensures continuous, long-run production with lower ink costs.
  • Variable Droplet Control: Piezoelectric printhead features automated voltage and temperature control for stable ink droplet placement.
  • Wide File Format Compatibility: Seamlessly processes PDF, EPS, PS, TIFF, and PSD graphic files from standard artwork applications.
  • Robust Industrial Frame: Heavy-duty chassis built to handle continuous daily use in high-volume screen production environments.
