DCC DTF Equipment

Professional DCC Direct-to-Film (DTF) Solutions

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing has revolutionized the garment decoration industry, offering unmatched versatility across cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. At Lawson Screen & Digital, we provide the industry’s most reliable DCC DTF Equipment, specifically curated for shops that demand high-speed production without sacrificing print quality.

The DCC NeoFlex Advantage

The centerpiece of our DCC lineup is the DCC NeoFlex DTF Printer & Dryer. Unlike piecemeal setups, the NeoFlex is a fully integrated system designed for seamless workflow.

  • Integrated RIP Software: Precision color management and white ink control come standard, ensuring your transfers are vibrant and durable.
  • Automated Maintenance: Features like white ink recirculation and automated head cleaning minimize downtime and extend the life of your print heads.
  • Industrial Build: Engineered for 24/7 operation, the DCC NeoFlex is the perfect upgrade for screen printing shops looking to add high-detail, full-color transfers to their service offerings.

Why Choose DCC DTF Technology?

DCC equipment is recognized for its ability to produce soft-hand transfers that rival traditional screen printing. By investing in a DCC NeoFlex, your shop can handle:

  1. Complex Graphics: Achieve gradients and fine details that are impossible with vinyl or standard screen printing.
  2. No Pre-Treatment: Unlike DTG, DCC’s DTF process requires zero pre-treatment, saving you time and chemical costs.
  3. On-Demand Production: Print your transfers today and store them for months. Apply them only when the order comes in to manage inventory more effectively.
