Do NOT call the 24 Hour Hotline for Non-Lawson Equipment. You must be an active customer (supply or equipment purchases within the last 3 months) to utilize our 24 Hour Service Hotline.
If it is after hours (after 8AM - 5PM CST), call 314-382-9300. You will be directed to the automated attendant. Listen to the options presented and select the prompt to speak with a Service Technician. This will transfer you to Lawson's 24-hour Hotline. If you get a voicemail recording after being transferred, please leave a message as someone will call you back as soon as possible.
