Support Guidelines & Fees

  • Complimentary Support: There is no charge for assistance with Manual Flash Units, Manual Presses, Dip Tanks, or Manual Washout Sinks.
  • Parts Only: If you know exactly what you need and do not require diagnostic help, there is no fee.
  • Support Packages: For equipment purchased used (3rd party) or machines over 5 years old, a Lawson Equipment Support Package is required for technical troubleshooting. This allows our technicians to provide the dedicated time needed for older or non-original machinery.
  • Note: Please mention your purchased package in the "Issue Description" field.
