Econo Flash Unit: Economical Manual Flash for Screen Printing

The Lawson Econo Flash Unit gels most plastisol inks in 5–7 seconds and can cure plastisol inks in 20–40 seconds. Its ceramic IR panel provides continuous, even heating, eliminating hot and cold spots. This unit is identical to the Super Flash but lacks a temperature controller.

All Lawson Manual Flash Units (Econo and Super) are height-adjustable to fit any press and include a handle for easy swinging of the IR panel over garments. The Econo Flash comes with a free anti-tip floor stand and locking casters for easy rotation from any direction. It meets ETL certification requirements, is CE compliant, and includes a 12-foot power cord.

Standard Sizes:

  • 16" x 16" (120 volts): Compact size for standard applications.
  • 18" x 18" (120 volts): Larger size for broader coverage.
