QX-5 Red Emulsion | Fast-Exposing Screen Printing Solution

QX-5 Red is a universal, ready-to-use, fast-exposing SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion. Its high viscosity (5000 cps) and solids content (41%) ensure improved mesh bridging on coarse mesh and fast drying.

Exposure Guidelines:

*Base exposure times are for unfiltered black light or super diazo blue tubes at 4–6 inches (10–15 cm) exposure distance. For plant-light, filtered black light, or daylight fluorescent tubes, use at least double the exposure time.
