Opaque Vegas Gold DI-9590 LB is a low-bleed, low-cure Dynamic plastisol screen printing ink designed for rich, metallic-style Vegas Gold prints on polyester, 50/50 blends, and other challenging “bleeder” fabrics. This premium opaque ink offers excellent bleed resistance and cures at just 270–280°F, helping to minimize dye migration and fabric scorching while maintaining a smooth, soft-hand finish. With a semi-gloss look and high opacity, Vegas Gold DI-9590 LB is ideal for sportswear, spirit wear, and fashion prints that need bold, durable gold color on dark and performance garments.

All inks in the Dynamic Series are non-phthalate and lead-free, with a creamy, press-ready consistency that prints easily right out of the bucket. Vegas Gold DI-9590 LB flashes quickly for efficient print-flash-print or wet-on-wet production over a white underbase, works with all standard direct emulsion or capillary film stencils, and provides excellent mileage—approximately 800–1,750 sq. ft. per gallon. Minimal ink build-up on screen and easy clean-up with conventional plastisol wash-up systems and ink degradants help keep your shop productive from setup through reclaim.
