Vegas Gold DI - 9590 LB | Low-Bleed and Low-Cure
Dynamic Ink Vegas Gold DI-9590 LB is one of the premier plastisol screen printing inks. It offers the best opacity and bleed resistance on polyester, 50/50s and blends. This DI ink is a low cure ink, curing at 270 - 280 degrees, to help eliminate dye-migration on even the worse "bleeders".
All Dynamic Ink flashes quick so you can speed up production when printing a white under base. You can also print-flash-print, or print wet-on-wet, depending on your screen print job.
All of the inks in the Dynamic Series are non-phthalate and lead-free. The Dynamic series offers some of the most vibrant colors and an easy to print creaminess plastisol ink right from the bucket. The high opacity helps all screen printers achieve a better print with a great feel/hand.
Curing Instructions:
Flash at approximately 220 degrees for about 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 270 - 280.
Clean Up and On-Press Color Changes:
Use a press wash for on-press colors changes and an ink degradent when removing the ink. The stencil can then be saved or you can reclaim the entire screen printing frame.
