Ulano RLX Magenta Emulsion | Multi-Purpose Diazo Photopolymer

Ulano RLX is a multi-purpose, high-speed diazo photopolymer direct emulsion, similar to Ulano TLX but with a darker magenta color that aids in identifying pinholes, though it absorbs UV light and typically requires 20% longer exposure times. With 38% solids content, it includes a sensitizer and offers broad exposure latitude, superior edge definition, and excellent resolution. RLX is resistant to a wide variety of solvent- and water-based ink systems.

It provides excellent coating properties, mesh bridging, stencil build per coat, fast drying, and durability. The high-contrast magenta color enhances stencil inspection while offering superior humidity resistance and quick exposure.

Caution: Some emulsions may freeze during shipment, which can affect performance. Contact Lawson at 314-382-9300 for information on preventing freezing issues. Lawson is not responsible for damages due to freezing.
