Lawson Workhorse Group(LWG) Dual-Cure 310 Blue Emulsion | Affordable Screen Printing Solution

Lawson Workhorse Group(LWG) Dual-Cure 310 Blue Emulsion is a dual-cure emulsion that is easy to expose and reclaim. Comparable to Ulano's Proclaim and Saati Grafic HU but more cost-effective, each gallon includes a free bottle of pre-measured sensitizer. Ideal for multi-purpose printing, including plastisol ink applications for T-shirts, hoodies, garments, and other textile apparel.

This solvent-resistant emulsion offers mild water resistance and easy reclamation, designed for both graphic and textile applications. With 39% solids content, it dries quickly and provides good resolution, easy development, and resistance to humidity changes at the press. As the fastest-exposing dual-cure emulsion, it features a naturally blue color that turns light green when the sensitizer is added and reverts to blue in exposed areas, serving as a built-in exposure indicator.

Shelf Life: Approximately 4–6 weeks after adding diazo. Coated screens remain ready to expose for about 4 weeks.
