Questions & Answers

Where can I buy or pick up the DTF Station Arc 136 Flatbed Cutter locally?

You can place your order online and choose fast, 1-hour local pickup directly at either the Lawson Screen & Digital Products branch in Marietta, GA or our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

What are the main advantages of a flatbed cutter over a roll-fed cutter?

The integrated vacuum suction flatbed design firmly secures your media in place, completely eliminating the drifting, sliding, or "skewing" that often happens with roll-fed plotters. This makes it much more reliable for cutting curling PET films, rigid cardboard, and heavy-duty transfer sheets with zero errors.

What types of materials and software is the Arc 136 compatible with?

The Arc 136 handles a wide range of substrates including DTF film, UV DTF transfers, vinyl, PET, and cardboard. It features a high-precision digital servo drive system and offers seamless workflow automation when integrated with neoStampa RIP software, CADlink, or via direct USB.

Is there a complete production bundle available with this flatbed cutter?

Yes! For print shops looking to unleash their full high-impact production potential, this cutter can be purchased as part of the high-speed Prestige X6, Seismo V36R & Arc 136 Cutter Bundle, which features a 36-inch printing width, a 9-color ink configuration, and printing speeds up to 200 square feet per hour.

Can I finance the DTF Station Arc 136 Flatbed Cutter?

Yes, flexible commercial equipment financing options are available to help your print shop acquire this automated finishing powerhouse without heavy upfront capital. You can apply quickly and securely on the Lawson financing page.
