Description

Supercharge your wide-format direct-to-film output with the Seismo V36R DTF Powder Shaker and Dryer, xTool AP2 Max Air Purifier, Supplies and Parts Bundle by DTF Station. Engineered specifically for high-volume commercial garment decorators, screen printing factories, and enterprise apparel manufacturers in St. Louis, Atlanta, and across North America, this all-in-one 36-inch (90 cm) production package eliminates post-processing bottlenecks on continuous roll-to-roll transfer lines.

The heavy-duty 36-inch Seismo V36R utilizes an auto-recirculating powder system with a 6.6 lb (3 kg) hopper capacity that collects and reuses surplus TPU hot-melt adhesive automatically, drastically reducing manual refills and consumable waste. Paired with the xTool SafetyPro AP2 Max Air Purifier featuring a 5-stage HEPA and activated carbon filtration breakdown, this bundle traps melting fumes and smoke at the source without requiring external wall venting. Complete with dynamic multi-zone heating (bottom, side, and curved platens), an integrated vacuum suction conveyor, and premium starter media, this turnkey setup lets you launch ultra-wide gang sheet production immediately.

Questions & Answers

Where can I buy the Seismo V36R and xTool AP2 Max Air Purifier Bundle locally for fast shop pickup?

You can purchase this industrial-grade DTF production package online and arrange for quick counter pickup at our regional logistics facilities. Local pickup is supported and typically ready in as little as 1 hour at our Atlanta (Marietta), GA showroom facility located at 1147 Cobb Industrial Drive, or you can check real-time stock availability at our St. Louis, MO corporate headquarters at 5110 Penrose Street.

What specific hardware components and automated systems are included in this heavy-duty bundle?

Engineered for high-volume commercial environments, this all-in-one bundle integrates automated post-processing, heavy filtration, and initial starter media:

  • Seismo V36R Shaker and Dryer: A robust 36-inch (90cm) wide-format powder shaker and dryer featuring multi-zone heating (side, bottom, and curved elements) for edge-to-edge precision curing, alongside an integrated vacuum suction conveyor.
  • xTool SafetyPro AP2 Max Air Purifier: An industrial-grade, 5-stage purification system utilizing both HEPA and Activated Carbon filters to clean the air and manage fumes without requiring complex external wall ventilation.
  • Sustainable Material Loop: Features an automatic powder recirculation system that captures surplus hot-melt adhesive for continuous reuse, keeping your workspace clean and slashing consumable overhead.
  • Premium Starter Supplies: Comes packed with a 2.2 lb (1 kg) bag of Color Prime Hot Melt Powder and a premium roll of Quick Glide Hot Peel DTF transfer film to launch high-speed roll-to-roll production immediately.

When should a commercial print shop invest in a 36-inch automated layout instead of smaller models?

The Seismo V36R setup is explicitly designed to serve as the ultra-wide backbone for industrial print shops, high-output screen printers, and garment decoration facilities running continuous wide-format print lines. This 36-inch platform accommodates oversized graphics and massive, multi-row gang sheet layouts to maximize daily throughput. For small-to-medium studios or sheet-fed operations, more compact options like the Miro 16" Shaker and Dryer or the benchtop Seismo S20 Sheet Applicator would be appropriate alternatives.

What kind of manufacturer support and ongoing protection comes with this equipment?

Purchasing this industrial bundle through Lawson Workhorse Group ensures absolute peace of mind for your active production line. The hardware architecture is built for long-term durability and comes backed by comprehensive lifetime technical assistance directly from the experts at DTF Station.
