Description

The Workhorse Wash-IT ARS Screen Reclaimer is a high-performance, compact screen reclamation and developing system engineered specifically for screen printing shops looking to maximize efficiency in a space-saving footprint. Built with an industrial motor and high-pressure water pump, the Wash-IT delivers reliable, high-volume performance—processing up to 240 screens per 8-hour shift.

How It Works: 2-Step Process

  1. Prep and Load: Place up to two 20" x 24" screens or a single screen (up to 25" x 36") inside the reclaimer, set your desired number of passes and pass speeds, and prepare the next screen while the machine runs.
  2. Automated Cycle: Run the all-electric, high-pressure spray cycle (typically 1–2 minutes) to remove emulsion, ink, and ghost images while safely containing all chemicals and water residue inside the chamber.

The LWG Difference

  • Dual-Function Reclamation & Development: Versatile spray chamber functions both as a high-pressure screen reclaimer and an exposure developing station.
  • High-Efficiency Shift Output: Capable of processing up to 240 screens per 8-hour shift to keep high-volume production facilities running smoothly.
  • Custom Environmental Configurations: Fully customizable with optional septic-safe filtration systems, water recycling setups, and inspection booths.
  • Comprehensive Factory Backup: Supported by LWG with expert technical guidance, equipment installation assistance, and direct replacement parts distribution.

Features

  • All-Electric Operation: Eliminates air compressor dependency, running entirely on an electric industrial motor and pump architecture.
  • Variable High-Pressure Spray: Adjustable water pressure system delivers tailored output for sensitive stencil development or tough emulsion removal.
  • Dual-Screen Capability: Holds single frames up to 25" x 36" or dual 20" x 24" screen printing frames simultaneously.
  • Space-Saving Compact Footprint: Fits easily into small shop layouts and tight wet-room spaces.
  • Heavy-Duty Spray Chamber: Constructed for chemical resistance and long-term durability under continuous exposure to washout chemicals.
