Description

The F1 Ultra Laser Engraver is the world's first dual-laser system combining a 20W diode laser and a 20W fiber laser into a single desktop footprint. Engineered for high-speed industrial marking, deep metal engraving, and precise vector cutting, it delivers ultra-fast processing speeds up to 10,000 mm/s. Capable of handling virtually all material types—from metals like stainless steel, brass, and gold to wood, leather, acrylic, and glass—the F1 Ultra features a 8.6" × 8.6" working area expandable up to 8.6" × 19.6" with an optional conveyor, making it an ideal production solution for custom awards, promotional products, jewelry, and personalized apparel decoration.

The LWG Difference

  • Dual Fiber & Diode Laser Power: Combines 20W Fiber and 20W Diode laser sources in a single unit, eliminating the need for separate machines when switching between organic materials and metals.
  • Ultra-Fast 10,000 mm/s Production Speed: Operates at blazing galvo-driven speeds up to 10,000 mm/s to maximize daily job throughput and shorten turnarounds.
  • Expanded Conveyor & Rotary Compatibility: Accommodates large-scale production runs using the optional conveyor system (expanding length to 19.6") and Rotary Attachment 2 Pro for cylindrical items up to 145 mm in diameter.
  • Direct Factory Backup & Support: Backed by LWG (Lawson Workhorse Group) with expert setup guidance, educational bundles, local pickup options in St. Louis and Atlanta, and dedicated customer service.

Features

  • Dual Laser Engine: 20W Diode Laser + 20W Fiber Laser for versatile material capability.
  • Ultra-High Working Speed: Max working speed up to 10,000 mm/s for high-efficiency batch production.
  • Versatile Processing Modes: Supports both high-precision laser engraving and laser cutting operations.
  • Broad Material Compatibility: Cuts and engraves paper, wood, leather, MDF, felt, opaque acrylic, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, silver, gold, titanium, platinum, and plastics.
  • Expandable Working Area: Standard 8.6" × 8.6" working area expands to 8.6" × 19.6" with the optional conveyor system.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is the main benefit of having both a fiber and diode laser in the F1 Ultra?
A: The 20W Diode laser excels at cutting and engraving organic materials like wood, leather, acrylic, and paper, while the 20W Fiber laser directly engraves metals (brass, stainless steel, silver, gold, titanium) and plastics without needing marking sprays.

Q: Can the F1 Ultra perform batch production or engrave larger items?
A: Yes, adding the optional F1 Ultra Conveyor expands the working area from 8.6" × 8.6" to 8.6" × 19.6" (220 mm × 500 mm), enabling automated batch production.

Q: What is the maximum laser cutting capacity on the F1 Ultra?
A: The F1 Ultra can cut up to 15 mm basswood and 12 mm acrylic in multiple passes using its 20W diode laser module.

Q: Where can I see a demo or get local pickup and support for the F1 Ultra?
A: Equipment consultations, training, and local store pickup (ready in as little as 1 hour) are supported directly through LWG at HQ locations in St. Louis, MO, and Marietta, GA.
