Description

Maximize shop productivity, eliminate downtime between cycles, and double your production capacity with the TITAN 16” x 20” Auto Open Dual Station Heat Press. Built specifically for high-volume custom garment decorators, contract print shops, and DTF production hubs, this heavy-duty commercial press combines dual-station workflow efficiency with reliable electromagnetic auto-release technology.

Featuring dual sliding lower platens, the TITAN allows operators to load, position, and thread a garment on one station while the opposite station is actively pressing under heat. At its core is an upgraded heating element over 20% thicker than standard models, delivering exceptional heat retention, rapid thermal recovery, and edge-to-edge consistency. Equipped with a double-bar leverage handle and an advanced digital touchscreen controller with three job presets, switching between DTF transfers, HTV vinyl, screen print transfers, and dye sublimation takes only seconds.

Questions & Answers

How does the dual-station sliding system increase productivity?

The dual-station design allows an operator to thread, center, and align a second shirt on one platen while the press completes a heat cycle on the opposite station, eliminating machine downtime between garments.

Does the TITAN 16" x 20" Auto Open Dual Station Press require an air compressor?

No, this model utilizes manual clamping with an electromagnetic auto-open release, so no external air compressor is required.

What are the advantages of the upgraded 20%+ thicker heating platen?

The extra thickness allows the heating platen to hold heat more effectively during continuous high-speed production runs, preventing temperature drops and cold spots across the 16" X 20" area.

Can I save preset parameters for different transfer types?

Yes. The digital touchscreen interface allows you to program and save up to 3 custom job memory presets for fast switching between DTF transfers, HTV vinyl, screen print transfers, and sublimation.

Where does the TITAN press ship from and how is technical service supported?

Orders ship directly from the primary distribution hub in California, supported by regional technical service and customer support teams across St. Louis, Atlanta, Phoenix, Orlando, and Des Moines.
