Description

Upgrade your cap decoration business and streamline specialty hat production with the Titan Dual Heat Slide Out Cap Press Includes 4 Interchangeable Silicon Cap Pads. Engineered specifically for custom apparel decorators, screen printers, embroiderers, and promo product suppliers, this advanced heat press solves common hat pressing challenges—such as scorching, heat marks, creasing, and uneven transfer application.

Equipped with dual heating technology and a smooth slide-out lower platen, the Titan cap press provides safe, comfortable loading away from the upper heating element. The inclusion of four interchangeable silicone cap pads ensures a snug, custom fit for everything from low-profile dad hats and structured trucker caps to bucket hats and visors. Whether applying leather patches, Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, or woven emblems, this machine delivers consistent heat and pressure across every curve.

Questions & Answers

What hat styles fit on the Titan Dual Heat Slide Out Cap Press?

Thanks to the four included interchangeable silicone pads, the press easily fits structured trucker hats, low-profile dad caps, mid-profile snapbacks, bucket hats, visors, and specialty headwear.

How does dual heat technology improve hat pressing results?

Dual heat heats the cap from both above and below, allowing lower application temperatures that reduce fabric scorching, crush marks, and discoloration on sensitive materials.

Does the Titan Cap Press require heat tape to hold transfers in place?

No. The included TCAP HeatVeil™ attachment holds transfer sheets securely against the cap crown during pressing, saving prep time and preventing tape lines.

Can this cap press be used for neck labels and small garments?

Yes. The machine is compatible with an optional 6" X 6" upper and lower heated label platen attachment (sold separately) for neck tags, sleeves, and pocket logos.

Where does the press ship from and how is technical service supported?

Orders ship directly from the distribution center in California, supported by regional technical service and parts support teams located across St. Louis, Atlanta, Phoenix, Orlando, and Des Moines.
