DESCRIPTION

Ensure uniform pressure distribution, eliminate cold spots, and protect lower platens with the Heat Press Silicone Mat For TITAN Series. Designed specifically for high-volume commercial production, direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, screen printing transfers, and dye-sublimation, this high-density silicone pad provides the thermal stability and cushioning needed for clean, repeatable garment prints.

Formulated to handle extreme heat environments, this replacement pad features high-temperature resistance rated up to 536°F (280°C) with built-in fireproof and flame-retardant safety properties. At 0.39 inches (10mm) thick, the resilient silicone core absorbs surface height variations from thick seams, zippers, and buttons—drastically reducing transfer peeling, air bubbles, and misprints.

Available in standard commercial sizes (16" x 20" and 16" x 24"), this pad can also be easily trimmed with utility shears for custom platen dimensions or rolled up for compact storage and transport.
