Description

The Prestige XL4 is a 24-inch-class Direct-to-Film printer for apparel decorators and transfer businesses with higher-volume production requirements. It uses four Epson i3200 printheads and a dual CMYK plus White ink configuration.

The maximum printable width is 60 cm (approximately 23.6 inches), providing space for larger transfer artwork and layouts containing multiple designs.

Published printing speeds are 13.85 m² per hour (149.08 ft² per hour) at 6-pass, 720 x 1800 dpi settings and 11.95 m² per hour (manufacturer-listed as 128.30 ft² per hour) at 8-pass, 720 x 2400 dpi settings. Actual output depends on artwork, print settings, maintenance, and the complete production workflow.

White-ink circulation, automatic cleaning, automatic wet capping, ink alerts, and a head strike sensor assist operation and maintenance. These features do not eliminate routine operator care.

Equipment Package Choices
Choose the printer, software, and training configuration if you already have supporting equipment and supplies. Select the supplies package when you need consumables, or a Seismo L24R package when you need that additional equipment.

Seismo L24R and Extraction Options
Two configurations include a Seismo L24R, fume extractor, and supplies. One of those packages also adds an Arc 127.
