The Belt-Express is a USA-made, automated 1-color conveyor screen printing system. Unlike traditional clamshell or manual presses, it uses an inline belt drive and low-screen lift movement. This allows a single operator to load garments continuously while the machine prints, doubling production output while eliminating manual pulling or clamping.

Does the Belt-Express require a separate conveyor dryer?
Not necessarily. The Belt-Express features an optional integrated curing unit that cures items directly on the conveyor belt as they move down the line, saving valuable floor space and eliminating the need for a standalone tunnel dryer.
How does unloading work on the Belt-Express?
The system includes an inherent automatic drop/take-off mechanism. Printed items automatically offload at the end of the belt run, allowing a single operator to handle loading while the machine handles printing, curing, and unloading.
