Description

The Expo-LED Screen Printing Exposure Unit by Lawson Workhorse Group (LWG) combines instant-start UV LED lighting with vacuum hold-down for screen printing stencil production. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this bench-model exposure unit provides even light distribution, while its 1.25-HP vacuum motor helps maintain close contact between the film positive and emulsion-coated screen. A heavy-duty, non-reflective rubber-flex vacuum blanket and nylon air-movement ropes support efficient vacuum draw-down and release.

An adjustable exposure timer, automatic exposure and vacuum shut-off, and a gas-assisted lid simplify everyday screen preparation. The Expo-LED also doubles as an illuminated inspection and alignment table and ships fully assembled with standard 120-volt plug-in wiring. Available in #2431 and #3248 models, it can be configured with an optional floor stand with screen shelving and optional casters. A one-year parts warranty is included; the vacuum blanket and glass are excluded.
