Description

The Pro-Cure Roll-In Screen Dryer by LWG is a commercial pre-press drying cabinet designed for seamless, high-volume screen handling. Engineered with a convenient roll-in layout, this cabinet allows operators to move mobile screen carts directly into the drying chamber to speed up prep cycles. By circulating temperature-controlled heated air through a pre-filtered intake system, the Pro-Cure Roll-In rapidly dries freshly coated emulsion and washed frames while keeping screens completely isolated from light exposure and shop dust.

The LWG Difference

  • Roll-In Cabinet Design: Built to accommodate mobile screen racks directly inside the chamber, eliminating manual screen-by-screen loading to accelerate pre-press workflow.
  • Pre-Filtered Air Intake: Filters intake air before heating and distribution, keeping airborne lint, shop dust, and debris off wet emulsion to prevent pinholes.
  • UV-Sealed Enclosure: Fully enclosed light-tight chamber protects sensitive emulsion coatings from UV exposure during storage and drying cycles.
  • Direct Factory Support & Service: Fully backed by LWG with expert technical service, nationwide support coverage, and direct replacement parts availability.

Features

  • High-Efficiency Thermal Air System: Circulates heated air continuously across frames for fast, uniform emulsion drying.
  • High Screen Rack Capacity: Designed to hold full-capacity mobile screen carts for large-batch screen preparation.
  • Dust-Free Drying Environment: Enclosed chamber isolates wet screens from shop contamination during critical drying stages.
  • Standard Electrical Setup: Runs on standard 120-volt plug-in wiring for simple installation into existing shop facilities.
  • Industrial Heavy-Duty Construction: Engineered for continuous daily operation in commercial and industrial screen printing facilities.
