This oven comes with a purifier unit built-in to ensure the safety of your production space. It has a digital control unit that is easy to set and allows precise settings of temperature and time for consistent results. A fusing process is started at the touch of a button. After the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds alerting you to remove the transfer film.

Note: Unlike the previous Phoenix 16x20 Curing Oven, the Phoenix Air 16x20 oven uses an open-top/platform, rather than a tray, to cure films.

Hybrid Warm and Cold Peel DTF Heat Transfer Film

Experience the versatility of our Hybrid Warm/Cold Peel Direct-to-Film Film! Our DTF transfer film is perfect for both warm and cold peels, making it a must-have for any garment. Made to be compatible with cotton, polyester, and more, this film is a game-changer in the world of transfers.

Lawson's Hybrid Warm and Cold Peel film combines two great options into one choice. Use the warm peel feature when you want faster production and a softer hand (feel) to your finished press. Or, peel these DTF transfers cold to get an even brighter, more vibrant color on your tshirt, hoodie or tote bag.

Direction - How to Apply the DTF Transfer Hot Peel Film

1.  DTF powder to the printed film.
2. Once your image is on the film and the DTF powder is applied and cured, set your heat press somewhere between 275 - 300 degrees.
3. Place the DTF transfer on your garment, powder side down. You may cover with a piece of DTF Transfer paper to protect your heat press if you want.
4. Press for about 12 - 17 seconds with medium/heavy pressure, depending on temperature and garment.
5. Lift up the heat press. For the warm press, wait approximately 3 seconds and then peel. For the cold press, allow the transfer to become cold.
6. For a softer feel, after peeling the paper, place a teflon sheet over the image and press for about 5 seconds with medium pressure.

Lawson DTF Heat Transfer Powder

This Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat transfer powder (Transdust Transfer Powder) is a universal powder that works with white and black garments. This polyurethane hot-melt powder has special dye-migration blockers so it can work on dark color polyester shirts. With a low melt point, Lawson's DTF transfer powder applies with a lower temperature and quick heat press onto the garment.

Lawson Transfer DTG Powder is Oeko-Tex Eco Passport Certified.

How to Use - Directions for Use

1. Print DTF ink onto your DTF Film.
2. Coat ink and film in Lawson's DTF powder.
3. Shake off excess powder.
4. Set your heat press to 325 - 350 degrees and hover heat press over the film for about 2.5 - 3 minutes to melt the powder. You want the powdered glue to melt evenly. For a quicker melt, use the American DTF Cure Box or Kick-Start DTF Conveyor.
5. Your DTF transfer can now be pressed onto your shirt or stored for later use.

Isopropyl Alcohol 16oz

99% Isopropyl alcohol can clean your water-based digital inks and it can remove unwanted ink splashes without scratches, unlike regular alcohol.

Use this ONLY on Printhead Guards, Encoder Strip, Encoder Wheels, and Platens or areas where unwanted ink splashes on metals/ plastic. Please note this may change/damage certain paints on metal or plastic. Use with care.
