Lawson is unable to assist with networking or local IT issues. For help with your computer, WAN, or other IT concerns, please reach out to a local specialist.

If you do not buy your ink and supplies from Lawson you will need to purchase a support package or subscription. There are a variety of choices, including single incidents or on-going support subscriptions.

Lawson Customers:

If you need support for rip software (Film Maker, Digital Factory, etc.) or digital equipment (film printers, DTG, or DTF printers, etc.) and you actively buy your ink and supplies from Lawson, then please fill out the support form below.
