Equipment Support Ticket Notes:

  1. To help resolve your issue in an expedited manner, complete the Support Request Form below, and upload low-res photo(s) of the issue you are having, or the parts you may need. The more information you provide the better. Check your email for a quick reply (often a solution will be emailed to you).
  2. If you bought your equipment Used from a 3rd party (not Lawson) OR it is OVER 10 years old and troubleshooting is necessary, you'll need to buy a Diagnostics, Analysis, and Troubleshooting Assistant Package. If you know what part(s) you need to buy, and no diagnostic services are required, there is no fee.
    Please Understand this is a fair policy, and our service techs need to be compensated for their assistance on used/old equipment.
  3. If you purchase a Support Package, please remember to indicate the specific package you bought in the Description of Issue text input area.
  4. Many replacement parts are found in the instruction manual. Instruction Manuals can be purchased on our Instruction Manual Collection page
  5. There is NO charge for supporting these Lawson Products: Zoom-AE, Silver-Jet, Manual Flash Units, Manual Presses, Exposure Units, Dip Tanks or Washout Sinks.
