Shirt Lab Atlanta 2019 Recap
Lawson Screen & Digital Products was happy to present and sponsor Shirt Lab. Shirt Lab focuses on how to grow your retail marketing business with art as a sales tool, concepts that create demand, e-commerce, and line branding.
The Shirt Lab event was held in downtown Atlanta on Sept. 28, 2019 with a great turnout. Everyone from screen printers to digital decorators and embroiderers learned from a diverse panel. Featured speakers flew in from across the country and there was a great mix of industry professionals and cross-learning from other industries related to brand promotion and creating a compelling story through art.
The purpose of the event was to help screen printers learn the advantages and disadvantages of the retail markets so they could be best positioned to grow their screen printing business. Topics were focused on how to increase sales in the retail environment through social media, branding, hot trends, and art work. The highlight of this event were all the knowledgeable guest speakers, who shared their expertise on how they got into the retail market using videos and advertising to promote their goods to gain the attention of the retail stores.
The Shirt Lab in Atlanta was a great experience for all attendees. Whether you were in business for 1 month, 1 year or 10 years, everyone went away with new information that could be directly used. This was not a “high level” presentation but focused on practical things every single person can implement. This seminar comes highly recommended, so don’t miss out on the next one!
