Questions & Answers

What makes the Lawson Express EX a "hybrid" automatic press?

The Express EX uses AC electric motors to drive the squeegee and floodbar print strokes, while using a smooth pneumatic drive system for the carousel indexer. This hybrid design gives you maximum control over ink deposit while maintaining quick, quiet index speeds.

Can I print and flash cure on the same station with the Express EX?

Yes, every configuration of the Express EX supports same-station print-and-flash capability. This allows you to integrate up to three flash cure units (on 6-station models and larger) without taking up dedicated print head stations.

Does the Lawson Express EX require professional installation?

The 4-color/6-station Express EX ships completely fully assembled from the factory, saving you time and third-party technician installation fees. Larger models (such as 6-color and 8-color configurations) require standard field setup.

Where can I pick up the Lawson Express EX or screen printing supplies locally?

You can order online through LWG and schedule freight delivery or select 1-hour local counter pickup at Lawson’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO, or the distribution center in Marietta, GA (Atlanta area).
