The core benefit of the Hotronix Power Platen is its ability to apply independent heat from below the garment. By warming the substrate from the bottom up, you drastically reduce the top-platen temperature required to melt adhesive. This makes it highly optimized for applying DTF transfers, screen printed transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), embroidery patches, and sublimation. Additionally, each platen is equipped with a built-in heat printing pillow surface, allowing thick seams, buttons, collars, and heavy zippers to sink naturally into the pad to guarantee perfectly uniform, edge-to-edge application pressure.
