Questions & Answers

What is the Trooper Express and what makes it unique?

The Trooper Express is a heavy-duty, USA-made automatic screen printing press engineered for high-speed textile decoration. It combines industrial electric drive indexing with pneumatic print heads, giving growing print shops precise registration and high hourly production rates.

What print sizes and station configurations are available?

The Trooper Express offers scalable station/color configurations (such as 6-color/8-station or 8-color/10-station) with standard print areas capable of handling garments, hoodies, and flat textiles up to 16" x 18".

What are the air and electrical requirements for the Trooper Express?

It requires a dedicated 120V or 220V electrical connection along with a clean, dry compressed air supply (typically 100 PSI at 5–8 CFM) to run the pneumatic squeegee/floodbar controls efficiently.

Does the Trooper Express support inline flash curing?

Yes, it integrates with Lawson flash cure units (such as the Super Flash or Auto-Flash), allowing automated spot curing between print stations without slowing down production speed.
