The primary manufacturing advantage of the Digital Knight DK20SPT is its ability to entirely eliminate heat platen downtime. Built with a dual-shuttle framework, it allows an operator to safely unload, thread, and align graphics on one station while the opposite side is actively executing an automated press cycle. It features a heavy-duty pneumatic piston drive that delivers up to 3,000 lbs of maximum applied force, controlled seamlessly by an integrated air regulator and gauge (20–100 PSI). Its 16" x 20" Teflon-coated upper platen utilizes patented SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater technology to ensure flawless, edge-to-edge temperature distribution with zero cold spots. This makes it highly optimized for the rapid-fire application of DTF transfers, screen printed transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), sublimation prints, and dimensional embroidered patches.

Constructed with a rugged, solid steel welded framework, this 270 lb production titan features dual pre-press timing, 70 programmable presets, and handles materials up to 2" thick to bring retail-ready consistency to high-demand custom apparel shops.
